Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our products are digital files delivered instantly, so they cannot be returned once downloaded. For that reason all sales are final, except in the cases below.

When we refund or replace

• You paid but did not receive the download link and we cannot deliver it within 48 hours of your email.
• The file is corrupted or will not open, and we cannot send a working copy.
• You were charged twice for the same order.
• The product is materially different from its description on the product page.

When we cannot refund

• Change of mind after the files were delivered.
• Buying the wrong product by mistake, after it has been downloaded.
• Results that differ from your expectations, since results depend on how you use the product.

How to request

Email support@aialtlab.in within 7 days of purchase with your payment ID and the reason. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Cancellation

Because delivery is instant, an order cannot be cancelled after payment is completed.
