This policy explains what personal data AI Alt Lab collects and how we use it, in line with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

• Name, email address and phone number you enter at checkout or when you contact us.
• Order details: product, amount, date and payment reference.
• Basic technical data such as browser type and pages visited, collected through cookies and analytics tools such as Meta Pixel and Google Analytics.

Payment data

Payments are handled by our payment partner. We never receive or store your full card number, UPI PIN or banking passwords.

How we use it

• To deliver your purchase and send the download link.
• To provide customer support and handle refund requests.
• To measure and improve our advertising and website.
• To send product updates or offers, only if you opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers needed to run the store (payment, email, hosting, analytics, advertising) and with authorities when the law requires.

Retention and your rights

We keep order records as long as tax law requires. You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent, by emailing support@aialtlab.in.
